My healthy recipe

Hey there everyone, today we're going to be preparing 

BAKED POTATOES!



(⚠️ Warning ⚠️ I don't really know how to cook, follow this recipe under your own responsibility)

Ingredients: 

- 10 Potatoes








- 2 big spoons of olive oil










- 1 little spoon of spices of your choose








- 1 little spoon of pepper






Appliances: 


- Oven








- Baking tray







- Aluminum foil







Process:

-Wash the potatoes, peel and dice them. 
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- In a baking tray, combine the potatoes with the olive oil, the spices and the pepper.
- Mix everything and make sure that all the potatoes are covered with the ingredients.
- Cover the tray with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
- Serve and enjoy.

Benefits of doing this recipe:


Baked potatoes have a lot of vitamin B6. That helps us having a healthy immune system. 
They also don't have as many calories as fried potatoes and are just as delicious.
